Elegant wafer

And they can also be called wafers 3,2,1, and why, you will see in the recipe…

Preparation steps

  • In a two-liter sickle (just to make it clearer how much sickle you need), put margarine, sugar and sour cream. Turn on the hob, stir until it boils, and when it boils, after a minute or two, add the walnuts to the mixture and stir until the walnut lumps break. You can add a bag or two of vanilla sugar, but you don't have to.
  • Fill wafers with hot filling. Phil goes from above and to the fifth wafer.
  • To make it easier to spread the filling on the wafers, I leave the hob on, so before each pouring on the crust, I put a little sherpa to heat the filling. Approximately on each leaf of wafer goes two ladles of filling.
  • Leave to cool and set, cut and serve. They are very tasty…

Serving

They can be sprinkled with ground walnuts on top, but they don't have to. I didn’t have any, so they were left without that extra embellishment. Can and chocolate glaze…
