Electric Shock Kiwi Cocktail
An excellent refreshing winter-spring cocktail with citrus notes
Preparation steps
- Peel a kiwi and chop it finely, then transfer it to a wide glass or bowl, mash it with a fork or a whisk, then add 2 tablespoons of sugar. (The measure is for 1 Kiwi, or 1 glass of cocktail - one person)
- Add 0.1 dl of Rum (plain or white) or Vodka to the kiwi, and the juice of 1/4 lemon, shake well, then transfer to a serving glass (0.3 dl). Cut the lemon into thin half-rings and add to the glass, fill the glass with ice to the end and add cold water (it is best to stand in the freezer). Repeat the process with another kiwi.
- Add a small splash of blue curacao from above, garnish with mint leaves and enjoy: P
Serving
Serve cold and fresh.
