Eid cake with dates

Preparation steps
- From the egg whites we make snow to which we add, powdered sugar, ground walnuts and chopped dates. The resulting mass is lightly mixed and divided into three parts.
- Line the molds with baking paper. Bake it at 180C for about 25-30 minutes and leave to cool.
- Mix the egg yolks frothily with the sugar, then lightly add the milk, flour, thickener and vanilla sugar. Steam the cream until it thickens. Leave to cool, and mix with the butter.
- We make the second cream in the same way, only before the cream thickens, we add the cooking chocolate. Allow to cool, then add the butter. Decorate the cake with icing and sprinkle as desired (ground walnuts, grits ...)
- On the first crust we apply a dark filling, on the second a light one, and then at the end we coat everything with a dark filling.
