Eggs stuffed with crab meat foam
Another version of stuffed eggs this time with crab meat. If crab meat is not available, feel free to replace it with the same amount of surimi sticks or shrimp, it will be just as tasty.
Preparation steps
- Boiled, cold and cleaned eggs cut in half and separate the yolks. Put the egg whites on a plate and save until use.
- Put all the other ingredients, including the egg yolks, in a multipractice bowl and grind well into a uniform mass. Try it, then add more salt if needed. Transfer the resulting mixture to a pastry bag.
- Fill the egg halves with the prepared stuffing and decorate with parsley or dill leaves. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
