Easter nests

I found these interesting cookies on Turkish sites. I didn't even try to translate the recipe, I worked according to my proven recipe for shortcrust pastry.

Preparation steps

  • From all the ingredients, knead a smooth dough, wrap it in a thin foil and leave it in the cold for about an hour.
  • Take pieces of dough and squeeze through a garlic press to form small nest-shaped piles. I printed directly on baking paper and in mini muffin baskets - and the ones that baked without a mold are nicer to me.
  • The handle of the pizza cutting wheel - can be anything about 1.5 cm in diameter, such as a cork from a plastic bottle, and make indentations.
  • Bake at 180 * for about thirty minutes. Adjust the baking time to the size and thickness of the nest.
  • For the cream, melt the chocolate in the sweet cream - steamed. Using a pastry syringe, fill the nests and sprinkle with Crispi balls.
