Easter eggs decorated with fondant

I should have published the recipe earlier, so that someone else could play with the fondant. But the year passes in an instant, so let it be found. A friend of mine found a picture of eggs decorated with flowers on the internet. As soon as I saw the picture, I knew I would decorate them like this.

Preparation steps

  • I first boiled the eggs in Pomoravka's way, in a mixture of alcoholic vinegar and water, to whiten them. She carefully removed the paint with a sponge. She cooled them in ice water and dried them.
  • Prepare pieces of fondant in green and in colors you like. Make rose petals, butterflies, whatever you like.
  • Mix the jam with a little milk, and heat.
  • Brush a little marmalade on the egg, where you want to arrange the leaves. Press the leaves carefully. Glue the flowers to the leaves with water. Decorate the eggs with bows, butterflies, as you like.
  • Wait for the fondant to dry, and your decorative eggs are ready. Even if you did all that with the kids, three pluses for you!
