Dumplings with cheese and hot dogs

hot dogs-semolina-cheese = JOINT IN BALLS!

Preparation steps

  • Cut the hot dogs lengthwise, then slice. Finely chop the parsley. Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, salt, semolina and melted butter. Finally, mix in the parsley leaf and hot dogs, set aside for 20 minutes to swell.
  • Wet the balls with wet hands (or scoop the mixture with a large spoon and roll it in flour, shape the ball with your hands).
  • cook for about 10 minutes in boiling salted water
  • They are done when they surface.

Serving

If desired, fry the bread crumbs and roll them in them. Serve with sour cream or yogurt as well because the tastes are different. Good apetite!
