Dulce de leche lava cake

Dulce de leche delight with a thin fine crust that hides a semi-liquid caramel mass. Nice dessert ....

Preparation steps

  • Turn on the oven to preheat to 210 - 220 degrees.
  • Weigh and prepare all the ingredients we need.
  • Melt the butter and cool.
  • Coat 4 molds with butter.
  • Mix the eggs well and add all the other ingredients gradually, combine.
  • Pour the mixture for dulce de leche lava cake individually into 4 straps, flatten.
  • Bake for about 12 to 14 minutes. You will know that it is baked when a crust forms on their surface and the biscuit separates from the mold.
  • Turn the dish over on a plate and serve with fresh fruit.
