Dukan soup / soup
This is just another idea for a complete Dukan meal, at least in my case it was :))
Preparation steps
- Wash the meat and put it in cold water (about 2-2, 5 liters) that you have added a little salt, and put everything on the fire.
- When it boils, add the leek cut into rings and the liver cleaned of veins and cut into smaller pieces (optional).
- Cook it for about half an hour when we take out the meat that needs to be finely chopped and set it aside.
- Add cauliflower and carrots to the soup that is still cooking. I put them at the end because I like them to be harder, if you don’t like it put them at the beginning.
- Stirring into the cooking soup, pour one beaten egg, add and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Return the meat that we have finely chopped to the soup and finally add the parsley. If necessary, add a little more salt and pepper.
Serving
This soup sat great on me and since it is completely non-fat and there is no pasta, it really surprised me with its fine taste. Today I have a PPV day and I think I will only eat it all day, it is filling and really tasty :)) Of course you can add or subtract vegetables as you wish.
