Dukan mussels on buzara

Already known recipe, this time without pretzels, adapted to the Dukan diet (all stages).

Preparation steps

  • Just clean the closed mussels from the seaweed and put them in a pot, pour water and white wine over them, add garlic and parsley, if you are not in the first stage, and greens for soup, tomato and cook until the mussels open. If it remains closed after cooking, be sure to throw it away! The old rule that shellfish are eaten only in the months that contain the letter R (January, February, March ...) originates from the time without refrigerators and the possibility of cooling, and also because of the flowering of the sea in the summer months.
