Preparation steps
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and make a solid snow.

- For the cream, first dissolve the gelatin in water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the cheese with the other ingredients and coat one half of the biscuit, then put the other part of the biscuit on it and put it in the fridge to thicken the cream. About two o'clock.
- When the cream has set, cut the biscuit into bars like a real milch schnitte. I dropped 7 bars.
