Dukan meat loaf
Another fabrication for Dukanovci :))))
Preparation steps
- Boil two eggs (let them be hard-boiled). Grind the meat (I cut it into smaller pieces and mixed in a blender). Add the beaten egg to the minced chicken breasts and stir until the mixture is even. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for an hour (if possible) to combine ingredients and flavors better.
- Take the meat out of the fridge and put half of the mixture on aluminum foil, which we put on a baking sheet. Place the cleaned boiled eggs on the meat and cover the eggs with the rest of the mixture. Using an aluminum foil, shape the loaf.
- Cover and wrap the whole loaf with aluminum foil.
- Place the oven in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. A few minutes before the end of baking, remove the top layer of aluminum foil, so that the loaf gets a fine crust and a golden color.
