Dukan lunch
I dedicate the recipe to my girls with Dukan diet :)
Preparation steps
- Saute onion and leek in very little oil. Add the grated carrot.
- Add diced white meat and simmer with water.
- When the meat is white and slightly softened, add chopped peppers, peeled and chopped tomatoes, chopped zucchini. Mash the garlic, add the bay leaf, a teaspoon of vegeta, basil and simmer for about half an hour.
Serving
I have this rule from the vegetables I currently had at home, you can also add cauliflower, parsley, cabbage…. beans, peas and the like we must not, not to tick Dukan :)
