Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg whites well.
  • Add a tablespoon of oatmeal, a pinch of salt and divide into two parts.
  • Add allspice to the first part. Add a little pepper to the other part.
  • Grease a Teflon pan with a napkin. Remove the mixture with a spoon and bake briefly on both sides.
  • Drizzle with yogurt in which the primrose is finely chopped. You can add spices to your yogurt to your liking.

Serving

I had lunch with a full cup of yogurt with zero percent milk fat.
