Dukan dumplings (loaf) of bread

Here are the real Duki-Semmelknoedel. Fine with everything on saft. Besides, it's over quickly :-)

Preparation steps

  • First make some Duki-pastries. It's good that they are already a bit dry, so the day before I quickly made Duki pastries from the microwave. Since I didn't find anything silicone at home except a kuglof mold, it turned out to be one, but valuable, kuglof-pastry :-) To do this, mix the bran (both), eggs, baking powder, lean cheese and a little salt. Put in molds (or a mold like me), bake for 4 minutes at 800 W in the microwave, remove from the mold (hence the silicone), turn over and bake for another 1 minute. It is best to stand it overnight.
  • Pastries (or whatever) cut into cubes, pour boiling milk, add eggs, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir everything and leave to stand for about 10 minutes. It should be medium hard. Put this mass in a freezer bag and close, but to have a little more space (because the mixture grows a little). Now shape it a bit, to make it look like a loaf :-) Cook in boiling water for 15 minutes. Put briefly under a stream of cold water, open, cut, papati.

Serving

I did it with goulash, but it can be done with anything :-)
