Dukan chocolate spread

I give the recipe to all my dear Dukankas who carefully keep the weight in the third phase of the diet :) it is ideal for days when you have an irresistible desire for sweets and are tempted to sin with chocolate or nutella;) The spread is adapted to the third phase with three tolerated ingredients and of course no sugar . Enjoy

Preparation steps

  • Pour water, sweetener and vanilla aroma into a bowl and heat on the stove until boiling, let it boil for about 1 minute, remove from the heat. Separately stir the thickener with the milk and add to the bowl with the water, heat again with constant stirring until you get a cream a little thinner than the pudding, remove from the heat and slowly stir in the sifted milk powder and cocoa. Finally, add the aroma of the sticky as desired and beat everything with a stick mixer or blender. Pour the spread into jars and after cooling, store in the refrigerator.
