Dukan chocolate praline with strawberry

After a couple of failed attempts to make some dukan candy, I managed to combine this..They are great for me when the crisis catches me for sweets :)

Preparation steps

  • Make the strawberry mixture by mixing 1 tablespoon of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt, 2 crushed tablets of artificial sweetener and drip 4-5 drops of strawberry flavor. Mix well and pour into the mold halfway.
  • For the chocolate mixture, mix 1 tablespoon of reduced-fat cocoa, 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder, 1 and a half tablespoons of low-fat milk and add 2 to 3 crushed tablets of artificial sweetener (depending on how sweet you like, put two and try if it would be sweeter) Mix well and pour into mold over the strawberry mixture.
  • Put the pralines in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Serving

Remove one by one from the mold. do not take them all out at once and serve them because they melt very quickly and will not withstand room temperature.
