Dukan chicken skewers
Here is another super-fast and fine recipe from Dukan's cookbook ... Suitable for the 1st phase or the attack phase!
Preparation steps
- Add salt and pepper to the meat. Flavor with chilli peppers if desired.
- Bake the skewers on a grill pan for about 30 minutes on low heat.
- While the meat is roasting, prepare a sauce of light yogurt (0.5 m.m.), salt, garlic and chives. Stir and cool.
- When they are baked, pour the sauce over the skewers.
Serving
Note: It is very important that the meat is not marinated in oil! That is why you should take Filetino Citrus chicken because it is marinated only in lemon juice and red pepper. Of course, you can also marinate chicken breast yourself this is just a faster option. Good apetite!
