Dukan chicken
For all those on the Dukan diet and all chicken lovers. It’s nothing innovative, this is one of the dishes I ate while I was on a diet. By the way, this is the only diet that helped me with it I lost 10 pounds WITHOUT HUNGER !! I would like to mention that more than 10 months have passed since I stopped the mentioned diet and the hernias did not return. I stick to that 1 day a week pure protein. :)
Preparation steps
- Mix salt and parsley (or spices as desired). Thin the meat with a mallet, salt and coat with a mixture of cheese and parsley. Roll into thin rolls.
- Set the pan aside with baking paper and place the meat. Bake at 175 ° C for about 30 minutes.
Serving
You can also add more fresh lean cheese or pour yogurt. Depending on the desire.
