Dukan cake without tolerated ...

Here are my shopkeepers and others. Again, I was missing something nice, and I'm afraid of the tolerated ....., so I combined a couple of recipes. Neither in appearance nor in taste does it differ from caloric cakes.

Preparation steps

  • BISCUITS Make a solid snow of 3 egg whites and a few drops of lemon (for firmness). Mix 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of milk. Add all other ingredients (except snow) and mix well. Very carefully mix the snow (preferably with a fork). Put in a small cake tin (mine is 18 cm) and bake for about 25 minutes at 170 °. Cool the roast a bit, carefully take it out and cut it in half. Assemble the mold again, put the top on the bottom (to make it flat on top), pour the cream and cover with the other half.
  • CREAM Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions. I use the powdered one, which I mix with a couple of tablespoons of water and wait a few minutes. Heat the milk and vanilla to be lukewarm. Add the prepared gelatin and sweetener and mix well. Mix the cheese well with mineral water (it will make the cheese very creamy) and add the lemon zest. Mix this cheese in milk with gelatin.
  • I divided it into three days.

Serving

The cream can be made on its own as a dessert.
