Dukan bolognese
For all the new shops, as well as those who did not know how to replace pasta;)
Preparation steps
- Saute onions in olive oil, add grated carrots (and a little celery if desired) and cover with a little stock or water. When it softens, add minced meat and spices and simmer further.
- Before the meat is ready, add tomato sauce or salsa or sataras - depending on what you like / have and prepare the dish. Finally add the garlic and parsley leaf.
- While the meat is simmering, cut the raw white cabbage into noodles and put them covered in the microwave for a few minutes to wither. You can also fry them on the stove, over a low heat without fat, stirring constantly.
- In both cases, try before serving to get a softness that suits you (I like softer, my son crispier :)).
- Tip: if you use purchased sauce, pay attention to the composition! I use Mutti's polpa in which there are only tomatoes and salt :). If, on the other hand, your sauce is too thin, add a little cornstarch (tolerated) mixed in a little cold water.
Serving
Serve warm with a contrasting salad like fresh cucumbers with garlic and yogurt!
