Duck breast in marinade with coffee
Coffee, our favorite beverage, is increasingly represented in many specialties and dishes. Try the excellent duck breast in the company of coffee, apple cider vinegar, honey and other complementary flavors.
Preparation steps
- For the marinade, mix apple cider vinegar with coffee, honey, Vegeta, olive oil, pepper and salt.
- Pour this mixture over the duck breast and let stand in a cool place for about 2 hours.
- After that, fry the breast in oil on all sides, then lightly sauté, basting with water until the meat softens.
Serving
Pour roast sauce over the duck breast and serve with cooked vegetables as desired.
Advice
You can marinate your breasts overnight. Strain the sauce that you got during the duck breast stew, and then pour it over the meat.
