Dry persimmons
If you don't like dry ones, you can make agda and water them :)
Preparation steps
- Determine the size of the salt yourself, I used 250 ml. .It is important to measure everything with the same salt, I mean the same measure :) Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Do not use a mixer, do everything with a fork. Then add cream and vanilla sugar and stir again to even the mixture. Finally add flour and baking powder. Add the flour until the dough separates from the bowl and when you have shaped the persimmon so that it does not stick to your hands. Shape the persimmons and arrange them in a baking tray, do not need them to grow all the way together. Finished persimmons covered with a cloth and allowed to cool.
