One very simple cookie but be careful, don't let the kids eat this too much so that you don't have little drunks :-)

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the butter, add sugar, egg yolks and water. Stir further to increase the volume of the mixture. Add coconut flour, flour, baking powder and cocoa and finally mix egg whites lightly.
  • Pour the biscuit into a greased and floured tray measuring 20x35 cm and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 ° C.
  • While the biscuit is baking, pour boiling milk over the coconut flour, add rum and powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Coat the baked and cooled biscuit with strawberry jam, spread the coconut filling on top and, if desired, sprinkle with melted chocolate on top.
