Preparation steps
- Wash and peel the vegetables well. Scrape or grind on a meat grinder. Beat eggs with sugar and salt and mix with chopped vegetables. Pour the mass into a baking tray and dry in the oven at 50 ° C. When it dries, break it into smaller pieces and grind it on a walnut machine. Store chopped vegetables in well-closed jars. Use instead of fresh vegetables as an addition to meals.
