Dragon tail baguette

Bread like bread, just a little different in shape. This shape is called a Dragon tail baguette. :) I hope you like it ... Creative right ?!

Preparation steps

  • In one bowl, mix yeast, sugar, one tablespoon of flour and 50ml of milk. Leave to stand for about 10 minutes. Put flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the added yeast and knead the dough with warm water to which you have added 50ml of oil and a teaspoon of vinegar. Leave to stand in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again, and return it to a warm place for another 20 minutes. Make a long bun and shape as in the pictures.
