Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from the listed ingredients. Leave, on warm, to ferment. After an hour, on a floured work surface, divide the dough into one smaller and one larger part. Roll out a small part, then place on the bottom of the baking tray (coated with a little oil). Divide most of the dough into 16-18 balls. Roll out each ball a little, put dried meat products in the middle, to taste, and a piece of cheese. Fold the edges, then shape the ball.
- Fill the other balls in the same way; so arrange them along the edge of the tray.
- Coat the rolled dough with tomato sauce, then spread the filling over (for me chicken mortadella, grated cheese), sprinkle with oregano ...
- ... arrange dried meat products, mushrooms ...
- ... tomatoes or olives! Over grate some more cheese!
- Coat the balls of dough with beaten egg yolk.
- Bake at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
- Serve warm!
