Donuts, fritters, priganice temu variations on a theme….
It can be used as a salty dinner or as a sweet dessert. We first ate with a cup of yogurt, and then with homemade pomegranate jam. You decide how you will!
Preparation steps
- Melt the yeast in a little warm milk, then add all the other ingredients. Knead well, leave to soak for half an hour (THE DOUGH IS QUIETLY FLOUR)
- Heat the oil, but be careful not to start burning.
- Dip a spoon in hot oil first, and take out the donuts with it, then fry in deep fat. Turn them constantly, so that they are evenly baked, and do not drink too much oil.
- Take them out on a paper napkin to drain, and then in a bowl, and on the table… Pleasant!
