Dolce & Banana Cake
My first recipe here and something I recently made for a friend's birthday, to the taste of her kids I hope you like it :)
Preparation steps
- Put a liter and a half of milk to boil, add one margarine to the rest of the milk, mix the pudding and sugar. When the milk boils, pour the pudding and stir until it thickens and leave to cool.
- Put 100ml of water and gelatin in a plastic container to swell, heat the sugar and the rest of the water, let the sugar dissolve completely and boil, then pour in the gelatin and stir until it becomes frothy and cold, add the extract and stir for another minute. Serve in a cake-sized mold.
- Chop bananas, jelly and chocolate and add to the cooled pudding.
- Grease a tray a little and put gelatin crust, pudding, housewife, pudding, housewife, whipped cream (if the cake is to be eaten soon, moisten the housewives with juice if there is no need because they will absorb the pudding)
Serving
As for the extract, it doesn't have to be a banana, it can be any, I made it myself as a cake that I dipped in chocolate or rolled in coconut or between wafers, I used chocolate, hazelnuts, vanilla, menthol, strawberry and every time it was good if you like foamy like a banana, You can also put anything you like in the pudding and have it at home, the recipe is great for experimenting :) The cake cost me a little less than a thousand dinars and was enough for 15 people and something is the rest for the next day.
