Dogwood juice
According to my mom's recipe: fine, tasty and healthy juice :)
Preparation steps
- Wash the cherries, then put with water in a larger pot to cook. Let them cook for about 1 hour until white. 2.After that, strain the juice through a thick cloth, and measure the resulting liquid. (It may be a little less than 5 liters because some water boils). Leave the cherries aside if you want to make jam. 3. For every 1 liter of juice obtained, add about 0.8 kg of sugar. (If you like very sweet, add a kilo of sugar per liter of liquid.) 4. Cook for another half an hour to melt the sugar, then add the limuntos. 5. Pour hot juice into hot bottles.

Serving
This is a recipe for syrup, it means diluting it with cold water and enjoying it. My kids love it very much because it is mild, and moderately sweet.
