Djolet's imperial crumbs
WE ate these imperial crumbs with a friend and my dealer adores them - she copied the recipe from a German cook; I MALO DOTERALA ::::
Preparation steps
- WHITE THE WHITE WHITE with a pinch of salt; and the egg yolk with the sugar and lemon zest:
- ADD MILK: FLOUR AND SLOWLY MIX THE WHITE WHITE: SPRINKLE WITH GRAPES AND POPPY: POUR IN A BUTTER BREADED: I USE A LARGER SHALLOW BOWL-BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A THICK DOUGH:
- OVEN IN AN OVEN HEATED TO 200-KAD IS ALMOST BAKED; TAKE THE DOUGH AND CUT IT INTO PIECES: Drizzle with melted butter (about two tablespoons) and sprinkle with powdered sugar: return to the oven to caramelize the sugar a bit:
