Divine pork chops
Pork chops are not dear to me and I always somehow avoided them, but that's why I love ham, kulen, bacon. Today I really didn't know what to cook, so I decided to prepare chops and with this preparation they slowly won me over…;)
Preparation steps
- Sprinkle each cutlet with vegeta, salt and Italian spice mixture (I only use and Italian mixture, because it already contains salt). Stack the chops on top of each other and let them stand for half an hour. Put the oil in the protvan, place the chops next to each other, put a slice of gouda on each cutlet and pour cooking cream over everything. Preheat the oven to 220 C and bake the meat for about 40 minutes. During baking, cover the protvan with aluminum foil. After 40 minutes of baking, remove the aluminum foil and let it cook for another 10 minutes. up to 15 minutes to roast the meat.
- With this dish I served as a side dish of bread dumplings.
