Dill and oat sauce

Slightly different from the usual, adapted to a vegan diet.

Preparation steps

  • Blend the oatmeal with 400 ml of water.
  • Chop the dill.
  • Fry wheat and corn flour in oil (let it stay light), add blended oatmeal and dill. Add salt and ground white pepper (maybe black). Cook, stirring constantly, to the desired density. If necessary, add more water. Finally add the lemon juice.

Serving

Side dish with meat or vegetable dish.
