You don’t have a lot of time and you feel like eating something sweet, without a lot of calories
Preparation steps
- Wash the blueberries and dry them with kitchen paper.
- Divide them into 4 masterpieces.
- Vanilla yogurt, if you do not have vanilla yogurt, put thick Greek yogurt, pour half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over yogurt and fruit.
- Turn on the upper heaters in the oven, put the masterpieces on a baking sheet and place them under the heaters and bake for 5 minutes, so that the sugar melts and caramelizes a bit.
- Serve warm without any toppings or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bon Appetit !!
