Date, apple and coconut cake

Preparation steps
- Cut the dates into coarser pieces, pour water over them and put them on the fire to boil.
- When it boils, add the baking soda, stir and remove from the heat to cool.
- It is enough to be lukewarm.
- Grease a 20 cm diameter mold with a little butter and line it with baking paper.
- Preheat oven to 180 *.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes frothy, add the vanilla and egg and mix until only the mixture is combined.
- Add boiled lukewarm dates and grated apple to this mixture, mix lightly with a food processor, then sift both flours.
- Stir lightly with a food processor until almost combined.
- The mixture should not be smooth or whipped.
- Place in a coated mold, flatten the top and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put the stuffing ingredients in a small bowl and put them on the fire until the butter melts and all the ingredients blend nicely.
- After 40 minutes of baking, take the cake out of the oven and carefully spread it with the filling and put it back in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the cake and cool completely in the mold, then transfer it to a serving plate and serve.
- It can be decorated before serving with a little powdered sugar.
