Daria's cake
I named the cake after my daughter, and you name it whatever you want :))) And more than delicious ... I recommend a try;)
Preparation steps
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, then beat the egg whites in solid snow, gradually adding sugar. Mix the baking powder into the flour, and mix in the egg whites, finally lightly mix in the walnuts and ground hazelnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a large square baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the crust in an oven preheated to 250C, 20min. When the crust is done, leave it to cool a bit and cut it lengthwise to get three equal crusts.
- Filling: Whisk the egg yolks with powdered sugar and cook on steam. Add the broken chocolate and mix until the chocolate is completely melted and the filling thickens. When the filling is ready, leave it to cool.
- Add the whipped margarine to the completely cooled filling.
- Whip the sweet sour cream well, add a little sugar to taste. (I didn't add it because I don't like too sweet cakes)
- Fill: crust-fil-fig. Sour cream and decorate the cake with ground hazelnuts at the end.
- Pleasant !!!
