Danish Salad
I don't know, it had anything to do with Denmark, but that's its name :)
Preparation steps
- Cook the pasta in salted water, then pour it into a strainer, pour cold water over it and leave the macaroni to drain. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake a piece of veal or beef. Cut the peppers and cucumbers into cubes. Cook the peas. Pour the macaroni into a large bowl, add the mixed lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix it all and leave it to stand for a few minutes. Add the roasted meat cut into cubes and boiled peas. Mix it all again and add the chopped peppers and cucumbers. Mix again and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Finally mix in the mustard and mayonnaise, mix and you can serve.
