Danish potatoes with cooking cream

Preparation steps
- Cut the potatoes into rings and place them in a fireproof oiled dish coated with a little butter. The potatoes will be tastier. Pour over the cooking cream but the potatoes must be covered with cooking cream. For lactose sensitive ones, lactose-free soy cream can also be used. 1 hour depending on the oven at 220/250 degrees.
