Here is a recipe for making dandelion syrup. By cooling, it is tightened to obtain a mixture most similar to honey. Anyway, I was delighted :)

Preparation steps

  • Chop the dandelion flowers and stalks and pour boiling water over them. Add sliced ​​lemon and cook at low temperature for 30-40 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid, sweeten with sugar or honey and cook again on low heat, stirring occasionally. If you want syrup, you will leave it less often, and if you want honey, then cook longer and when foam appears at the very end, remove them with a spoon and boil a little more. constant stirring.
  • Pour the finished honey syrup into heated jars.

Serving

Take one tablespoon of honey syrup 3-4 times a day. I used sugar.
