Dandelion honey
Every year in the spring I make dandelion honey..very fine and healthy good against coughs ..
Preparation steps
- Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the lemon.
- When it boils, remove from the heat and leave to stand for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours strain and add 1kg and 30 dkg of sugar and 1 squeezed lemon. Cook, when it boils cook for another hour and a half on low heat.
- When almost a little cool and pour into jars.
