Dalmatian, with coffee (101)
If you don't have the "right" company for your morning coffee, use this ce you will enjoy its charm ".
Preparation steps
- Stir the egg yolks with the sugar. Add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix everything into a compact mass.
- Separately, whisk the egg whites into a solid "snow" and pour half into the previous mass. Gently roll the mass with a spatula to unite it, taking care that the mass "does not fall". When you combine this, add the other part of the beaten egg whites and do the same.
- Mix cocoa or Ness coffee with very little water and then add a couple of teaspoons (2-3 to make the dark mass the same density as the light) milk, depending on the amount taken. Take a few spoonfuls of "dough" out of the whipped mass and mix it into the whipped coffee. Alternately, first place this mass on the floured baking paper, which will imitate black spots, and pour the light part over it. Place the oven in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes (depending on the oven) taking care not to darken.
- Remove and allow to cool and then apply the cream, twist the roll separating it from the paper and store in the fridge. Cut and serve, with coffee.
- Cream: Whisk the butter with the sugar, add one egg yolk and continue to whisk. When you have stirred the mass well, add coffee stirred with a little water and continue to stir until the cream is combined.
