Preparation steps

  • Peel a squash, grate it and slice it
  • Pick fresh dandelion flowers and tear off their stalks
  • Put potatoes and dandelion flowers in cold water, add and a little salt and cook until the potatoes are soft
  • Drain, add butter and milk (as needed) and puree well.
