Preparation steps
- Mix instant coffee, sugar and hot water - it is important that they are in equal proportions.
- You can mix by hand, or with a mixer, until a thick cream is obtained. The more you mix or the thicker the cream turns out, the nicer it will stand on the milk. If it is rarer, it will first fall into the milk and then rise - just as well.
Serving
The basic recipe has many variations - adding cocoa to the foam for inverted mochaccino, or crumbs of biscuits, candies, etc. Milk can be both cold and with ice for iced coffee.
