Preparation steps

  • Peel a radish, grate it and add salt. Leave to stand for a while. Drain the radish well, then add roasted, peeled and coarsely chopped hazelnuts, add sour cream, oil, salt and pepper to taste, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley. Stir everything well and leave in the fridge until serving.
