Czech cabbage
This is how my great-grandmother made it… Simple and delicious. Many years later, I learned that Norwegians do the same. Try… :)
Preparation steps
- Cut the cabbage as finely as possible.
- Add salt and a little sugar.
- Saute in a little oil on low heat for about 20 minutes. (until softened).
- Meanwhile add the vinegar and cumin.
- Finally pepper.
Serving
