Cuttlefish broth

It doesn't always have to be risotto :)

Preparation steps

  • Saute the onion in olive oil until golden yellow ... add a little salt ...
  • Add the cleaned and cut into small pieces cuttlefish ... simmer a little until they kill, add vegeta, couscous, onion, parsley, salt and pepper ... Simmer a little more and cover with water so that the cuttlefish float ... Cook for about half an hour. .
  • When the cuttlefish is half-cooked (neither soft nor hard under the tooth :)) add the potatoes cut into slices, pour more water, 2 fingers over the potatoes :)) reduce the heat and let it simmer until the potatoes soften ... Lightly stir or we shake the liquid ... If necessary, add more salt and steam ..
  • Brodet is cooked in a shallow and wide flow ...

Serving

Serve with plenty of bread because sug is so good that the plate must be anointed :) :)
