We eat turkey once a year for Thanksgiving Day, and it's one of my favorite holidays. Holiday turkey

Everyone has their own way of baking the perfect roast in this case turkey, so here's my way. In order for the turkey to be juicy and aromatic meat, I keep it soaked in brine and herbs for 24 hours, and the oven wraps it in gauze that keeps it from drying out during roasting. I hope some of you will like this way of mine.

Fragrant, golden, juicy and delicious turkey is the decoration of every holiday table and the pride of every hardworking housewife. I usually soak my turkey for a couple of days in an aromatic solution so that its meat stays as juicy as possible. At the very end of roasting, I coated the turkey with a sweet and sour quince glaze, which gave the skin an even nicer color and additional aroma and taste to the meat. I planned to prepare turkey drumsticks according to the recipe by anarad, but I ran out of bigger bags for roasting meat and in the end a new juicy and crunchy version in a Macedonian earthen pan with a lid came out, meat and vegetables from this dish have a special and delicious taste.
