Cupava pita
I know another one ... :) I'm writing a recipe for myself to be on hand, so as not to lose the little piece of paper on which it is written
Preparation steps
- Whisk the softened lard (butter) with the sugar, then add the egg yolks, milk and flour with the baking powder.
- Transfer the dough to a transparent foil and place in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
- FIL-Whisk the egg whites with the sugar to make them firm (they weren't perfect for me, but I don't mind :) Lightly stir in the jam and nuts with a food processor or spatula
- This measure is for a baking sheet 22-13 cm (9-13 in) Since the dough is greasy I do not lubricate the baking sheet.
- Divide the dough in half. Spread the first half well to cover the bottom evenly. Pour the filling over it. Grate the other half of the dough on a coarse grater over the filling. Put it to bake on a medium heat until it turns brown (about 30 min)
Serving
It is served when it cools down. If you can't wait, it can be hot. Pleasant !!!
