my daughter called it that, there are a lot of shaggy floors, so let one be a shaggy mara;))))
Preparation steps
- Make a dough from the above ingredients, and divide it into two balls, one larger and the other smaller. Wrap the smaller one in cling film and leave it in the freezer until use.
- Immediately roll out most of the dough to the size of a baking sheet, coat with apricot jam, add the stuffing, beat the egg whites firmly, adding sugar, finally lightly stir in the ground walnuts, remove a small portion of the dough from the freezer, and crumble with your fingers.
- Bake the cake, in a preheated oven, at 180C-until nicely browned, but, make sure your stuffing, and crumbs do not darken, if this happens to you, then cover with aluminum foil, and continue baking.
- Cool the cake and cut it into the desired shapes, if desired you can sprinkle with ground powdered sugar, in which you have mixed one bag of vanilla sugar.
- Shaggy Kata;) with the upper stretched dough, and can be with crumbs;)
Serving
the cake is also great with ground almonds or hazelnuts.
