Cucumber baskets

Both for the eye and for the taste

Preparation steps

  • Wash the cucumber, then peel the peel with a lemon decorating knife. Divide the cucumber into portions, but making sure you can place the portion flat on a plate. This time I got 4 baskets from two cucumbers. Leave the straps left over after using the knife aside. Using a spoon on one side, dig out the middle of each basket, but not to the end.
  • In a bowl, mix feta cheese, finely chopped cucumber and toasted sesame seeds, when you have toasted without added fat. Leave a little sesame to garnish.
  • Fill each basket with a spoon, grind pepper directly on the cheese, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and set the strip you left to look like the handle on the basket.
  • Keep refrigerated until serving.
